Can I order over the phone? .
The fastest way to place an order is to use our website — get started by choosing a treatment type and then clicking an orange ’Start free consultation’ button
Can I return a treatment?
For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned. If you have unwanted or expired medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. You can cancel an order up until the point it’s being dispatched. Please use our contact form.
Where can I find your privacy policy?
Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law. Medzcare has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation. The Medzcare Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy explain how we use confidential patient data.
How can I get help in an emergency?
In a medical emergency always call 999. Medzcare cannot help in an emergency. For non-urgent medical emergencies you can also call your GP. You may also be able to visit your local pharmacy for advice.
